My UpBlue
My UpBlue is the administrative home of your company account, for tenant admins. You find it in the menu top right.
Contact and invoice details
Keep your contact and invoice details up to date here: company address, invoice address and country. These details are used for your UpBlue invoices.
Usage
My UpBlue shows what your company is using:
- Users and organisations — how many, and how they developed over the months.
- Active tags — the number of tags that received data.
- Datapoints — how much data is stored.
Each number has a detail page with the development over time. Use these pages to understand your usage before it surprises you on an invoice — for example a new connection that produces far more datapoints than expected.

A tag that produces unexpectedly many datapoints? Check its deduplication settings — the most common cause is a rule without deduplication on a fast-changing value.
