Organisations

An organisation is a workspace inside your company account. Everything lives inside an organisation: collectors, connections, tags, dashboards, operations and alerts. Data does not cross organisations.

Use organisations to separate what should stay separate. The common setup: one organisation per production site. Users see only the organisations they are added to.

Switching organisations

Click your organisation name at the top right and choose Switch Organisation. Users with access to one organisation land in it automatically.

Managing organisations

Managing organisations is done by tenant admins, on the Organisations page.

Per organisation you can edit:

Name

Shown everywhere, can be changed at any time.

Timezone

The timezone of the site. This matters more than it looks: it defines when “a day” starts and ends in dashboards — production per day, availability per day and week bars all follow this timezone. Set it to the local timezone of the site.

Adding users

Users are added to an organisation on the organisation’s Users page, by an organisation admin or tenant admin.
